Sibot-12可根据场景特点,对各路线不同AMR设置不同参数,灵活配置运动方向、航向、速度、避障距离等。实现整体生产效率提高、适应复杂应用场景。同时,Sibot-12采用激光SLAM、二维码混合导航,满足柔性生产、适应性强,无需改动原有厂房,AMR根据车间、仓储等场景不同特点(场景稳定、或频繁增加临时障碍物)自动切换最优导航方式。
Zhejiang Sineva Composite Robot Sibot-12 is a robot product that focuses on the wafer processing and manufacturing process in the semiconductor industry, and has achieved flexible and accurate grasping of transparent and open wafer boxes.
Sibot-12 can set different parameters for different AMRs of each route according to the characteristics of the scene, and flexibly configure motion direction, heading, speed, obstacle avoidance distance, etc. Achieve overall productivity improvement and adapt to complex application scenarios. At the same time, Sibot-12 adopts laser SLAM and 2D code hybrid navigation to meet flexible production, adaptable, without changing the original plant, AMR automatically switches the optimal navigation mode according to different characteristics of the workshop, storage and other scenes (scene stability, or frequent addition of temporary obstacles).
