34寸0OD玻璃灯板是在34寸单面玻璃基线路板上以9216颗LED，通过网格围坝及整面封胶等方式制成高均匀性、高亮度、PM 1152分区的Mini-LED背光灯板。

本品创造性地使LED Pitch间距在5mm以上且可实现零OD（混光距离）下视效优良，Pitch间距远大于行业水准；实现了34寸单板大尺寸封装。该产品主要有如下优势：

1）利用玻璃基高平整性、低涨缩等物理性能优势，突破了行业内单板封装一直受限于500*600mm尺寸内的技术壁垒，实现了34寸单板大尺寸封装，34寸内mini背光灯板无需拼接，领先同行。

2）控制固晶倾斜和旋转角度，搭配特有的固晶方式及对设备的改造升级，解决了灯板固晶后亮色不均、Mura等行业痛点；

3）解决了网格围坝时交叉点凸起堆叠问题，实现了34寸大尺寸灯板整面封胶，并确保胶面平整性±50um内，属国内首创，均匀性高达90%以上；

4）少灯数，低成本实现了零OD下视效优良。

This product makes the LED Pitch above 5mm to achieve excellent visual effect under 0OD (light mixing distance), and the pitch is much larger than the industry standard while achieves the 34" single board large size package. The main advantages of this product are as follows.

(1)The use of glass-based high flatness, low shrinkage and other physical properties, breaking through the industry boundary being limited to 500 * 600mm single-board encapsulation within the size of the technical barriers, to achieve a 34-inch single-board large package, 34-inch mini backlight board without splicing.

(2) Control the solid crystal tilt and rotation angle, with the unique solid crystal way and the upgrading of equipment, solving the light board solid crystal after the difficulties of bright color uneven, Mura and etc.

(3) Solve the problem of intersection point bump stacking when the grid around the dam and achieve the 34-inch large size lamp board whole surface sealing glue, and ensure the flatness of the glue surface within ± 50um, is the first of its kind in China, uniformity of up to 90% or even more.

(4) Fewer lights, low cost to achieve excellent visual effects under 0OD.
