联得装备可以将不同工艺所需的设备分别定制出货，也可以将整线工艺所需的不同设备集成，通过串联的方式，将工艺步骤如：上料、撕膜、清洗、检测、软对硬贴合、检测、硬对硬贴合、检测、脱泡、下料等所用的设备集成到一条整线，实现车载贴合的理想布局，降低客户在生产制造过程中的复杂性和难度及售后服务的成本，提高车载屏的生产良率、节拍，提升了其可制造性及经济性，拓宽了车载屏定制化生产的空间。技术指标可以依据客户的需要，实现定制化，多联屏贴合时，可以实现17.2英寸的屏幕的贴合，软对硬/硬对硬的贴合精度均能达到100μm， CPK≥1.33。

Liande can customize the equipment according to the different processes, or integrate different equipment in the whole line process. Through the way of series, the equipments which used in process steps such as loading, film peeling, cleaning, testing, soft-to-hard lamination, testing, hard-to-hard lamination, AOI, deaeration, unloading, etc. are integrated into one whole line in order to achieve the ideal layout of vehicle-mounted display lamination. The layout can reduce the complexity and difficulty of customers in the manufacturing process and after-sales service, improve the manufacturability and economy, and broaden the space for customized production of vehicle screens. The technical specifications can be customized according to customer needs. The 17.2-inch screen lamination can be realized in the multi-panel situation, the soft to hard/hard to hard fitting accuracy can reach 100μm, CPK≥1.33.
