聚飞Micro LED超高清显示产品自推出后受到广泛关注,荣获德国红点设计大奖、广东省工业设计奖等诸多荣誉。我们将其命名为“WW系列”即WIN WIN系列,该系列产品基于“高密度集成封装”的Micro LED新型显示技术,从一开始就定义了产品的高技术门槛,以期通过聚飞自研实力,领航技术趋势,实现与客户需求完美契合的双赢合作。

聚飞Micro LED显示设备单元板(即封装单元)是目前国内尺寸最大的150MM*168.75MM。单元板尺寸越大整体拼缝数量越少,观感越好。单元板想要做大,极大的考验了封装技术的积累特别是PCB的翘曲控制更加有难度,更大的单

元板,意味着一次需要转移的LED芯片数量越多,对固晶机的效率、精度都要求更高,对LED芯片转移的良率也要求更高,如果良率做不好,就会积累大量返修,一是会降低产线效率,二是会影响最终的封装效果。更大的单元板,也更加考验模压封胶的工艺水平,对模压设备精度也要求非常高。综上,做大尺寸的单元板是非常有挑战性的,聚飞始终将客户需求放在第一位!

为响应国家低碳战略,聚飞Micro LED显示设备采用定向精准供电,动态节能系统。不仅可以有效的降低屏前体感温度,同时拥有更低的能耗与更为卓越的可靠性表现,相较于传统未采用该技术的显示产品,每年每平米可节省用电约900度,降低900KG二氧化碳排放。

聚飞Micro LED采用最新热量管理技术,确保屏体表面均匀散热,最大程度保障显示设备在使用生命周期内均匀的衰竭,最大程度保障显示设备在使用生命周期内均匀衰竭,始终保持整屏显示的一致性。同时在同等亮度下有利于延长LED使用寿命,减慢LED的光衰速度。

聚飞Micro LED在屏体表面采用超黑柔性高分子聚合物图层,拥有更为深邃的黑,可实现20000:1超高对比度,院线级的色彩管理系统可达到125%NTSC的色域范围和22Bit的色深,呈现更为丰富的细节,还原真彩显示效果,做到真正意义上的所显即所拍。

聚飞Micro LED显示设备产品采用标准16:9箱体,600*337.5规格比608、609.6以及610箱体的点间距都要小,同等面积下分辨率更高。同时在结构设计上能支持多种安装方式,安装维护简单高效,可根据场地空间采用落地、吊装、内嵌、挂墙等多种安装方式。支持特定环境下免结构安装,同时前后维护方案可在大型项目中实现快速维护,免除租赁脚手架及高空作业车的需求,维护过程便捷、高效、动静小。

聚飞光电Micro LED 显示屏具备具有极强的防护性能。可达到防震、防蓝光、正面防水、防潮、防尘、防氧化、防撞击、 防静电,全方位八星级超强防护效果,显示设备不受环境场地影响及干扰,故障率底,质量稳定可靠。

该系列产品集成了聚飞在17年封装过程中所涉及到的光、电、热、力、转移等多项底层技术深厚的理论研究基础,拥有独立自主知识产权,同时结合了更为先进的图像处理、色彩管理、算法算力、热量管理等新技术于一身。

相较于SMD、IMD、正装COB等小间距LED屏产品,该系列产品具有更高的色域范围、更低的功耗、热量、以及更为卓越的可靠性、在实现超高对比度、超大显示单元等优势的同时。独特的热量管理技术,能确保屏体表面均匀散热,最大程度保障显示设备在使用生命周期内的均匀性以及稳定性,始终确保整屏显示的一致性。完美契合指挥调度、综合监控、广电演播、会议会务、展览展示等各类高清显示应用场景的需求。兼容前后维护,支持落地、吊装、内嵌、挂墙等多种安装方式。

该系列产品经国家权威机构认证,符合“深圳标准”认证先进性

评价要求,是业内第一家也是目前唯一一家通过此项认证的产业内企业,多项指标引领或优于行业标准,一经推出就斩获如德国红点设计以及广东省工业设计等多项大奖。目前,已在惠州1500平米/月产能的产线已投产,未来达到1万平米/月产能的高精度、高效率、高自动化产线也将建成投用。

JUFEI Micro LED ultra-high-definition displays use millions of tiny LEDs to create a stunningly bright and vibrant image with each pixel acting as its own light source, offering unparalleled performance, energy efficiency, and design flexibility.

It has received widespread attention since their launch, and have won many honors such as the Red Dot Design Award and the Guangdong Provincial Industrial Design Award. "WW Series" which stands for WIN WIN Series. This series of products is based on the Micro LED display technology of "high-density integrated packaging", which defines the high technical threshold of the products from the beginning.

The unit board (i.e. packaging unit) of JUFEI Micro LED display device is currently the largest size in China, measuring 150mm * 168.75mm. The larger the size of the unit board, the fewer the overall splicing seams, and the better the visual experience.

In response to the National Low-Carbon Strategy, JUFEI Micro LED display adopts a directional power supply systems and a dynamic energy-saving system. It can not only effectively reduce the perceived temperature in front of the screen but also have lower energy consumption and better reliability performance. Compared with traditional display products without this technology, it can save about 900 kWh of electricity per square meter annually and reduce 900 kg carbon dioxide emissions.

JUFEI Micro LED UHD displays have the super-black flexible polymer layer which bring deeper black performance and a super-high contrast ratio of 20000:1 on their surface of the screen. The cinema-level color management system can reach 125% NTSC color gamut range and 22 bits color depth, presenting richer details and reproducing true color display effects, achieving true-to-life display.

It perfectly meets the needs of command and dispatch, comprehensive monitoring, broadcasting, television, conference, exhibition and other high-definition display application scenarios. Compatible front and back maintenance, support landing, lifting, embedded, wall and other installation methods.

About its protection capabilities: collision-resistant, blue light-resistant, moisture-resistant, front waterproof, shock-resistant, oxidation-resistant, dust-resistant, electrostatic-resistant.
